Saturday 7:30am
B,C,D Levels, B-34,42miles C,D-upto 25miles
Casual ride from the Einstein Bagel shop. we leave at 7:30am sharp and do various pace rides doing around 34 or 42miles. The first part of the ride we will travel at 18-20 mph as a group then the faster riders will break away after S.R.46 and the second group will continue at their casual 18 mph pace. This is a great starter ride. Marshalls for the ride make sure that "No Rider Gets Left Behind."


Sunday 7:30am
A,B Levels, 42miles
Both A and B groups will meet in front of the Colonial Town Center's Coffee Cafe. The A group ride will leave pacing 20-22 mph and covering 42+ miles. The A riders must be able to pull at 22 during this ride not just draft at 22mph.


B Level, 3
7.5miles
The second B group follows a few minutes later at a 19-21 MPH pace and covering 37.5 miles.

C,D Levels, 15miles
The trail group will meet in front of Walk on Water in the Colonial Town Center off 46A. We would like to invite all the trail riders for a fun ride starting at 7:30am. This is a great place to try those riding legs out. Fun and friendly ride..


Tuesday 6:00pm
A,B+ Levels, 20-25miles

Get those quads pumping for the beginning of the week with the Tuesday rollout from the Coffee Café 6pm sharp for a (A and a B) level ride. This ride travels through the western Sanford up Orange Ave. down Lake Sylvan around Foxspur to the shady tree covered roads of Markham Woods. This ride is not designated for novices.  

New for Spring 2008, we have organized a B, B- level ride due to the requests of the many riders who came out last year.

Tuesday 6:00pm
B,B- Levels, 20-25miles

Come to Out-Spoken Bike Shop in Lake Mary for a casual ride through Longwood and Lake Mary. Enjoy some great socialization and get your legs a movin' on the ride.
This is truely a "No Rider gets Dropped" ride.

Wednesday 6:00pm
B- Level, 20miles

Ladies night in historic Sanford. This is a Ladies only ride - meeting at the municipal parking lot in Sanford - by the Monroe Harbor Marina. Enjoy the waterfront view of Lake Monroe as you start out, and then take in the beautiful sites through downtown Sanford. From there the ride heads toward and around Sanford Airport. This female peleton will work on paceline skills and safety. There is a sweep rider that makes sure that 'No Rider Gets Left Behind.'

Thursday 6:00pm
B,B- Levels, 20-25miles

Prepare for the weekend rides with a hamstring hammering on the Thursday stampede from the Coffee Café 6pm sharp for a (B and a B-) level ride. This ride travels through the western Sanford up Orange Ave. down Lake Sylvan around Foxspur to the shady tree covered roads of Markham Woods. This ride is not designated for novices.

Friday 7:30am

A Level , 34miles
Fast Fridays join the group at Lake Mary Cycles Shop at 7:30am to zip around the inner loop and get your heart racing. Bagels as we get back into Lake Mary.



Ride Level Descriptions

A - 20+ mph: Experienced Riders Only. Be able to read a map and change a flat. Very fast to racing pace.
B - 17-21 mph: Experienced Riders Only. Be able to read a map, change a flat, and ride 20 miles not-stop.
C - 15-18 mph: Be able to read a map and change a flat. Ride leader will make sure no rider is dropped.
D
- 12-15 mph: Beginner Ride. Ride leader will make sure no rider is dropped.
S
- 10-15 mph: Leisurely, social ride. Distance varies. Ride leader will make sure no rider is dropped.
T - Tourist: Longer Rides at a slower pace. Be able to read a map, change a flat. Don't be upset if you get dropped.
