Brad Patterson is the new president for the SEMINOLE Cyclists. He has been very involved with the SC in a variety of capacities for several years now helping on Tour de Cure fundraisers, with Adopt-A-Road cleanups, with special ride event marshaling, with potential SC sponsors, with Boys and Girls - Salute to Freedom event ride coordination, as well as with helping marshal 'C' riders. He has been leading our Signature Saturday Einstein rides and giving you the pre-ride announcements for the past year. Please join us in congratulating Brad in becoming the next SEMINOLE Cyclist President!

What is Bike MS: Bike MS is the premier fundraising cycling series in the nation. With a choice of more than 100 extraordinary rides, the Bike MS experience is the ride of your life. Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore is a two-day event that benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, North Florida Chapter. Participants cycle from St. Augustine to Daytona the first day and cycle back to St. Augustine from Daytona the second day. Cyclists experience all of the beautiful scenery that North Florida has to offer, from the historic towns to the sandy beaches, in this fully stocked ride. Six Gap Century Three Gap Fifty

The Six Gap Century's ultra challenging route takes you up and down six of the steepest climbs in the North Georgia Mountains. Test your stamina with more than 11,200 feet of vertical climbing over the 104 mile course. Aptalis CF Cycle for Life

The Aptalis CF Cycle For Life® is a one-day tour where hundreds of men and women will come together to participate in an event to find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Participants have the choice of 35, 62, or 100 mile routes through Seminole and Volusia Counties. The bike tour is a fully supported journey with stocked rest stops every 12-15 miles, support and gear (SAG) vehicles, on-site medical services, and much more. Horse Farm Hundred 2013

A tour through the picturesque horse farms of northern Marion county. Horse on University AvenueThe century will start at 8:30 am at the Loften High School at 3000 East University Avenue. The Gainesville Police Department will lead out the pace vehicle, followed by hundreds of charging cyclists. Santa Fe Century 2013
Sunday, October 6, 2013 Lake Mary, FL
A tour through the lush forest and pasture land north of Gainesville up through the Santa Fe River valley. The ride begins with a trip through the historic town of High Springs, with a stop for refreshments. The Century traverses the scenic tree-lined Feagle roads in Columbia County, and then crosses Union County on its way to Worthington Springs. The final pit stop is at a roadside park once frequented by Ponce deLeon.
The rides start at 8:30 AM from the Northwest Boys & Girls Club at 2700 NW 51st Street in Gainesville. Enjoy a 100 mile or a 56 mile road ride with well stocked rest stops. For more info Santa Fe Century 2013

SEMINOLE Cyclefest 2013

The SEMINOLE Cyclefest 2013 presented by the American Legion Auxilary conceived in 2009 to offer a cycling event that would be unique and enjoyable while serving its primary mission of aiding veterans and first responders in their reconditioning and rehabilitation from injuries sustained while serving. This ride will be held on Sunday, November 3rd 2013 in Sanford. The American Legion Auxiliary provides all registration and sag support. The Seminole County Sheriffs Office adds the element that makes the event unique and enjoyable for the riders Full Course Escort. Imagine riding through the rustic rural countryside and magnificent residential areas with full escort of the Sheriff's motorcycle unit. Enjoy quiet country roads and true Southern hospitality while tackling Central Florida's "mountains". Dance on the tips of your pedals up "Sugarloaf". Swoop through the descents on "Buckhill".
