This SC rider hit the road and traveled 700 miles away from the
flatlands of Florida to tackle a terrain that was not fit for a big
man. He talked about just doing half of the route called 3 gap. He
trained hard upgraded his steep and when it came to game day the only
thing he had on his mind was 10,700 feet of hills and 100 miles to
cover.
He was also the chef on the pre-ride carb loading party with tomato
sauce that would put the Ragu sauce company out of business.
Congratulations Matt SEMINOLE Cyclist of the Week.
