September 2006 Week 4
This week we honor: Cathy Lord.
I have had quite a few nominations for this weeks top rider.
I rode with this cyclist on Saturday morning before the sun was up. She proved to be quite a competitor. Working hard not afraid to jump in the front and take a group of 11 riders down the road. She also proved to be a good climber attacking Buckhill and Sugarloaf effortlessly. We know she will do great in the 1/2 Ironman relay in October.
